Apple's March 21st Event Set to “Loop Us In”

Apple has officially scheduled their next product keynote for spring of 2016. Apple will be hosting their latest product announcement on Monday, March 21st on Apple Campus in Cupertino.  There has been, as usual, a lot of speculation about what Apple will be filling us in on and what they may be announcing to the public. All Apple has revealed to us so far is an invitation to the event with a cryptic message reading — “let us loop you in.” So, what can we expect?

Apple Pay Launch and iPad Facelifts

Last week Thursday, Apple held an event in California. They had some big news for Apple lovers. The new editions for the iPad and iPad Mini were revealed –and they’re getting a facelift. Also, they announced that their new Apple Pay system was set to launch this past Monday October 20th. We have a little more information for you on the event and the outcome of the Apple Pay launch.

WWDC 2014 Snapshot
The WWDC 2014 has wrapped up and we’ve all had a little time to digest the information that Apple has thrown our way. There was a lot of speculation about what Apple would be unveiling at this conference –we had our own guesses: here. Crowdfunding: A Huge Success

Crowdfunding. Ideas that may have once seemed like a pipe dream are becoming more and more of a reality with crowdfunding sites such as Kickstarter, Fundable and Indiegogo. These companies are responsible for some of the biggest and most popular (not to mention coolest) projects coming out right now and in the past few years. Literally, if someone can dream up a project that gets people interested –their dreams can become a reality. These sites have moved “crowdfunding” from a trendy buzzword to a mainstream fundraising model. They have created a way to get projects in front of people who probably never would have seen them and given those people the opportunity to make the ideas a reality.

Qplay: TiVo's Founders Have Created New Way to Watch TV
I was looking for a highly interactive new application that would seriously boost entertainment pleasure, and it looks like I may be getting what I was looking for. If you were following along here, I talked about my wish for a Website DVR –an application with the ability to record shows directly from different websites with no wait time, no buffering, and (in a perfect world) with no internet necessary.
